General Warranty Conditions and Terms

KV2 warrants its products for the following periods starting from the date of delivery to the owner from an authorized KV2 dealer or authorized KV2 distributor.

• Transducers: 1 year
• Electronics: 3 years
• Accessories: 3 years

Conditions

During the applicable warranty period, KV2 warrants the product against defects in workmanship and materials and against malfunctions. KV2 will assist the DISTRIBUTOR as per the conditions to remedy all such defects and malfunctions without charge for parts or labor to the owner if the warranty applies. Final determination of warranty coverage lies solely with KV2. This warranty does not extend to damage or malfunctions resulting from, but not limited to, shipment, improper installation, misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear, accident, or to any product on which the serial number has been modified or removed. Exterior defects in or damage to the exterior appearance are specifically excluded from this warranty. KV2 Audio shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. Repairs and/or modifications by other than KV2 or an authorized KV2 distributor automatically void this warranty.

KV2 makes no warranties or conditions other than those detailed above, express or statutory, implied or otherwise and KV2 specifically disclaims the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and all other implied warranties or conditions arising through the course of dealing, usage of trade or custom. Notwithstanding the foregoing, KV2 does not exclude liability to the extent that such liability may not be excluded or limited by law.
